RETURNS & EXCHANGES


We gladly accept returns and exchanges

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

​The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

​Conditions of return

We accept returns if:
- items Buyer got differs from those he bought on this website
- items are of bad quality and have defects

In this case Buyer must notify the Website administrator by phone or email about the problem not later than 3 days from getting the sending confirming the fact of damage or difference. Photos are accepted.

DOSHE must suggest to the Buyer variants to solve the problem:
1) suggest to accept return and refund the sum to the Buyer except delivery cost.
2) suggest to accept return and send new package with items needed.

3) if Buyer wants to return the item for any other reason, he must contact DOSHE and get information about precise shipping address for sending return.

Buyers are responsible for any return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
