These Gift Card Terms (“Gift Card Terms”) govern the purchase, receipt, redemption, use, refund, replacement, and administration of eligible DOSHE gift cards, gift certificates, gift codes, and stored-value gift balances (“DOSHE Gift Cards”).
These Gift Card Terms supplement the DOSHE Terms of Service and other applicable DOSHE policies.

PART I — GENERAL TERMS
1. DOSHE Gift Cards
A DOSHE Gift Card represents prepaid value that may be redeemed for eligible purchases through DOSHE, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
A DOSHE Gift Card is not:
* a bank account;
* a credit card;
* a debit card;
* an investment;
* a deposit account;
* a general-purpose payment instrument.

2. Eligibility
DOSHE Gift Cards may be purchased and used by persons legally capable of entering into the applicable transaction.
Additional restrictions may apply based on:
* age;
* location;
* sanctions;
* payment requirements;
* applicable law.

3. Electronic Gift Cards
DOSHE may issue Gift Cards electronically.
An electronic Gift Card may be delivered through:
* email;
* a DOSHE account;
* a unique gift code;
* another approved electronic method.

4. Physical Gift Cards
If DOSHE introduces physical Gift Cards, additional delivery, replacement, activation, and security terms may apply.

5. Gift Card Value
The amount paid for a Gift Card determines its initial stored value unless a promotion expressly and lawfully provides additional promotional value.

6. Currency
A Gift Card will be denominated in the currency displayed at purchase.
DOSHE may restrict redemption to transactions processed in compatible currencies.
Any currency conversion must be handled according to the checkout disclosures and applicable payment rules.

PART II — PURCHASE
7. Purchase Price
The purchaser must pay the displayed purchase price for the Gift Card.
DOSHE will not deduct its standard 5% seller commission merely from the issuance of a DOSHE Gift Card unless the applicable transaction structure and disclosures expressly provide otherwise.
The standard DOSHE seller commission applies to eligible product sales according to the Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy.

8. Payment Processing
Gift Card purchases may be processed through Stripe or another payment method lawfully supported by DOSHE.
Payment-provider requirements may apply.

9. Payment Authorization
A Gift Card will not be validly issued unless the underlying payment is successfully authorized or otherwise accepted.

10. Fraud Screening
DOSHE may delay, cancel, or refuse Gift Card issuance where reasonably necessary to investigate:
* payment fraud;
* stolen payment credentials;
* account takeover;
* suspicious purchasing patterns;
* sanctions concerns;
* other unlawful activity.

11. Purchase Limits
DOSHE may establish reasonable:
* minimum values;
* maximum values;
* daily limits;
* transaction limits;
* account limits
for fraud prevention, financial compliance, or operational purposes.
Applicable limits should be disclosed before purchase where required.

PART III — REDEMPTION
12. Where Gift Cards May Be Used
DOSHE Gift Cards may be redeemed only through DOSHE for eligible transactions unless expressly stated otherwise.

13. Eligible Purchases
Gift Cards may generally be applied toward eligible:
* physical products;
* digital products;
* applicable transaction charges
where supported by DOSHE checkout.

14. Restricted Uses
DOSHE may prohibit Gift Cards from being used for:
* purchasing another Gift Card;
* prohibited products;
* transactions prohibited by law;
* transactions involving fraud;
* cash-equivalent products;
* other legally or operationally restricted transactions.

15. No Gift-Card Chaining
A DOSHE Gift Card may not be used to purchase another DOSHE Gift Card unless DOSHE expressly permits that functionality.

16. Partial Redemption
If a purchase is less than the available Gift Card balance, the unused lawful balance remains available for future eligible purchases.

17. Insufficient Balance
If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card balance, DOSHE may permit the buyer to pay the remaining amount using another accepted payment method.

18. Multiple Gift Cards
DOSHE may permit or restrict combining multiple Gift Cards in a single transaction based on fraud prevention and technical limitations.

19. Balance
Where technically available, users should be able to determine the remaining Gift Card balance through DOSHE or by contacting DOSHE.

PART IV — EXPIRATION
20. California Gift Cards
Where California law prohibits expiration of the applicable Gift Card balance, the DOSHE Gift Card balance will not expire.
DOSHE will not impose a contractual expiration date that eliminates a consumer protection required by California law.

21. Federal Protection
Where federal gift-card law applies, DOSHE will not impose an expiration period shorter than the minimum permitted by applicable federal law.

22. More Protective Law Controls
Where applicable state or local law provides stronger protection than federal law, the more protective mandatory requirement applies.

23. Technical Expiration
A technical expiration of:
* a code;
* physical card;
* security credential;
* delivery link
does not extinguish underlying consumer funds where applicable law requires the funds to remain valid.
DOSHE will provide an appropriate replacement or alternative access method where legally required.

PART V — FEES
24. No DOSHE Dormancy Fee
DOSHE will not charge a dormancy or inactivity fee against the value of a standard paid DOSHE Gift Card unless DOSHE expressly changes this policy in a manner permitted by applicable law and provides all required advance disclosures.
Under the current DOSHE Gift Card program:
Dormancy Fee: $0
Inactivity Fee: $0
Monthly Maintenance Fee: $0

25. No Hidden Balance Reduction
DOSHE will not secretly reduce Gift Card value through undisclosed service charges.

26. Third-Party Charges
A consumer’s bank, card issuer, currency-conversion provider, or another independent provider may impose separate charges.
Such charges are not DOSHE Gift Card balance fees unless expressly stated.

PART VI — CASH REDEMPTION
27. General Rule
DOSHE Gift Cards are intended primarily for purchasing eligible products through DOSHE and are not generally redeemable for cash except:
* where required by applicable law;
* where DOSHE expressly permits it.

28. California Cash Redemption
Where California law requires a Gift Card or remaining Gift Card balance to be redeemable for cash, Doshe LLC will honor that requirement.
DOSHE will apply the current legally applicable California threshold and conditions at the time of the request rather than attempting to contract around mandatory cash-redemption rights.

29. Other States
Other U.S. states may establish different mandatory cash-redemption thresholds or rules.
Where such law applies, DOSHE will comply with the applicable requirement.

PART VII — REFUNDS
30. Gift Card Purchase Refunds
A purchaser’s ability to cancel or obtain a refund for the original purchase of a Gift Card depends on:
* applicable law;
* payment status;
* fraud status;
* whether the Gift Card has been redeemed;
* mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms eliminates a legally required refund right.

31. Refund of Purchase Paid With Gift Card
When an eligible product purchase paid with a DOSHE Gift Card is refunded, DOSHE may return the applicable amount:
* to the original Gift Card balance;
* as replacement DOSHE Gift Card value;
* through another legally appropriate method.
Mandatory law controls where it requires another result.

32. Split-Tender Refund
If an order was paid partly by Gift Card and partly through another payment method, DOSHE may allocate the refund between the original payment methods in a reasonable manner consistent with:
* the original transaction;
* payment-provider rules;
* applicable law.

33. Seller Refund Policy
A seller’s “No Refund” or “Final Sale” policy cannot eliminate mandatory consumer rights merely because the buyer used a Gift Card.

PART VIII — LOST, STOLEN OR COMPROMISED GIFT CARDS
34. Treat Gift Codes Carefully
Gift Card codes should be treated like cash or another valuable credential.
Anyone possessing a usable code may potentially be able to redeem its value.

35. Unauthorized Disclosure
Users should not disclose Gift Card codes to unknown persons.
DOSHE personnel will not ask a user to provide a Gift Card code as payment for:
* a fine;
* government debt;
* tax;
* emergency;
* account verification.

36. Gift Card Scams
A person demanding that a user purchase DOSHE Gift Cards and send the codes as payment outside the ordinary DOSHE checkout process may be attempting fraud.
Users should report suspected fraud promptly.

37. Lost or Stolen Gift Card
If a Gift Card or code is lost, stolen, or compromised, the user should contact:

as soon as possible.

38. Replacement
DOSHE may replace remaining Gift Card value where:
* ownership can reasonably be verified;
* the original Gift Card can be identified;
* the value has not already been lawfully redeemed;
* replacement is legally required or DOSHE determines replacement is appropriate.

39. No Guaranteed Recovery After Redemption
DOSHE cannot guarantee recovery of Gift Card value already redeemed by an unauthorized person before DOSHE receives and can act upon a report.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

PART IX — FRAUD AND ABUSE
40. Prohibited Conduct
Gift Cards may not be used for:
* money laundering;
* fraud;
* stolen-payment schemes;
* unauthorized resale schemes;
* sanctions evasion;
* illegal transactions;
* account takeover;
* other unlawful conduct.

41. Fraudulent Purchase
DOSHE may invalidate Gift Card value that was created through a fraudulent or reversed payment where permitted by applicable law.

42. Innocent Recipient
Where a Gift Card has been transferred to an innocent recipient, DOSHE will evaluate competing claims and applicable law before taking action where reasonably possible.

43. Investigation
DOSHE may review relevant:
* payment records;
* Gift Card activity;
* account information;
* transaction records;
* technical indicators;
* communications
to investigate suspected fraud.

44. Suspension
DOSHE may temporarily restrict redemption while investigating credible fraud or security concerns where permitted by law.

PART X — TRANSFER AND RESALE
45. Gifts
A purchaser may give an eligible DOSHE Gift Card to another person unless restrictions disclosed at purchase provide otherwise.

46. Commercial Resale
Unauthorized commercial resale or brokerage of DOSHE Gift Cards may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent:
* fraud;
* consumer deception;
* money laundering;
* abuse.

47. No Guarantee for Unauthorized Resale
DOSHE does not guarantee the authenticity or remaining value of Gift Cards acquired from unauthorized third-party sellers.

PART XI — PROMOTIONAL CREDITS
48. Promotional Value Is Different
A free promotional credit, coupon, reward, bonus, marketing credit, or similar value for which no money or other value was exchanged may be legally different from a paid Gift Card.

49. Separate Promotional Terms
Promotional credits may have:
* expiration dates;
* eligibility restrictions;
* product restrictions;
* geographic restrictions;
* non-transferability;
* other terms
where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

50. Paid Value Must Not Be Mischaracterized
DOSHE will not characterize consumer-paid Gift Card value as merely “promotional” for the purpose of avoiding mandatory gift-card protections.

51. Mixed Paid and Promotional Value
Where a program contains both:
* consumer-paid value; and
* free promotional value,
DOSHE may separately track and administer the two components according to applicable law.

PART XII — SELLERS
52. DOSHE-Issued Gift Cards
Unless expressly stated otherwise, DOSHE Gift Cards are issued and administered by Doshe LLC for eligible use within the DOSHE ecosystem.
Independent sellers may not represent that they independently issue DOSHE Gift Cards.

53. Seller Participation
DOSHE may determine which products, sellers, or transaction types are eligible for Gift Card redemption.

54. Seller Payment
When a buyer uses a valid DOSHE Gift Card for an eligible seller transaction, DOSHE will account for the seller transaction according to:
* the Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy;
* applicable payment arrangements;
* the standard DOSHE commission;
* refunds and adjustments;
* applicable law.

55. DOSHE Commission
Use of a Gift Card does not eliminate the standard DOSHE seller commission applicable to the underlying completed sale.
The current standard DOSHE commission is 5% of the applicable completed sale, calculated according to the Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy.

56. Gift Card Issuance Is Not the Product Sale
The initial sale of a DOSHE Gift Card and the later purchase of a seller’s product using that Gift Card are distinct events for platform accounting purposes.
DOSHE should avoid charging the seller’s ordinary product-sale commission merely because Gift Card value was initially issued.

PART XIII — TAX
57. Tax Treatment
Gift Card tax treatment depends on applicable tax law and the nature of the underlying redemption transaction.

58. Tax at Redemption
Where required, applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or another transaction tax may be calculated when the Gift Card is redeemed for taxable goods or services.

59. No Universal Tax Statement
DOSHE does not represent that every Gift Card transaction receives identical tax treatment in every jurisdiction.

PART XIV — INTERNATIONAL USE
60. Geographic Availability
DOSHE may limit Gift Card:
* purchase;
* issuance;
* transfer;
* redemption
in particular jurisdictions based on legal, tax, payment, currency, sanctions, or operational requirements.

61. Mandatory Local Rights
Where mandatory local consumer law provides greater protection than these Terms, that mandatory law controls.

62. EU/EEA
Gift Cards offered to EU/EEA consumers may be subject to additional:

* payment;
* unfair-terms;
* refund;
* tax;
* unclaimed-property
requirements.
The applicable DOSHE EU/EEA Addendum continues to apply.

Gift Cards offered to UK consumers may be subject to applicable:
* consumer;
* payment;
* unfair-terms;
* tax;
* refund;
* unclaimed-property
requirements.

PART XV — UNCLAIMED PROPERTY
64. Unclaimed Property Laws
Unused Gift Card balances may be subject to applicable abandoned-property or unclaimed-property laws.

65. California
Doshe LLC will administer applicable unclaimed Gift Card balances in accordance with California law and any other controlling unclaimed-property requirements.

66. No Contractual Avoidance
Nothing in these Terms authorizes DOSHE to eliminate consumer value solely to avoid an applicable unclaimed-property obligation.

PART XVI — SECURITY
67. Gift Card Codes
DOSHE should generate Gift Card identifiers using security controls reasonably designed to prevent:
* guessing;
* enumeration;
* unauthorized generation;
* unauthorized redemption.

68. Balance Lookup
Gift Card balance tools should be designed to avoid unnecessary disclosure of account or personal information.

69. Rate Limiting
DOSHE may use technical controls to prevent automated attempts to discover valid Gift Card codes.

70. Account Security
DOSHE may require authentication for certain Gift Card functions.

PART XVII — PRIVACY
71. Personal Information
Information associated with:
* Gift Card purchase;
* delivery;
* redemption;
* fraud investigation;
* customer support
is governed by the DOSHE Privacy Policy.

72. Gift Recipient Information
Where a purchaser provides recipient information, such as:
* recipient name;
* email address;
* gift message,
DOSHE will process that information for legitimate Gift Card administration and other disclosed lawful purposes.

PART XVIII — CHARGEBACKS
73. Chargebacks
A chargeback involving the original Gift Card purchase may affect the Gift Card balance where:
* the underlying payment is reversed;
* applicable law permits adjustment;
* the Gift Card transaction was fraudulent.

74. Already Redeemed Value
Where a fraudulent Gift Card purchase has already been redeemed, DOSHE may investigate associated accounts and transactions and take lawful action under its Terms.

PART XIX — SYSTEM ERRORS
75. Incorrect Balance
If a technical error causes a Gift Card balance to be displayed incorrectly, DOSHE may correct the balance to reflect the valid underlying transaction history, subject to applicable law.

76. Duplicate Credit
A technical error that accidentally duplicates Gift Card value does not necessarily create a legal right to retain or spend the erroneous duplicate value.

77. Evidence
DOSHE transaction records may be used to investigate a disputed balance, subject to applicable consumer rights.

PART XX — CHANGES TO GIFT CARD TERMS
78. Changes
DOSHE may update these Terms to reflect:
* legal changes;
* fraud-prevention requirements;
* payment changes;
* operational improvements;
* international expansion.

79. Existing Paid Value
Changes to these Terms will not retroactively eliminate legally protected paid Gift Card value.

80. Mandatory Notice
Where law requires advance notice or consent for a material change, DOSHE will comply with that requirement.

81. Terms of Service
These Gift Card Terms supplement the DOSHE Terms of Service.

Gift Card personal information remains subject to the DOSHE Privacy Policy.

85. Regional Addenda
Applicable EU/EEA, UK, California, or other regional requirements supplement these Terms.

87. Fraud Warning
Never send a DOSHE Gift Card code to someone who claims that you must use the Gift Card to pay a government agency, tax, fine, debt, emergency charge, or unrelated third-party obligation.
DOSHE Gift Cards are intended for eligible purchases through the DOSHE ecosystem.

88. Mandatory Rights
Nothing in these Gift Card Terms excludes, limits, or waives a consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than these Terms, the mandatory law controls.
