PAYMENTS, FEES & PAYOUTS POLICY
PAYMENTS, FEES & PAYOUTS POLICY
Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: September 13, 2026
This Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy explains the payment, commission, refund, payout, balance, chargeback, and related financial rules applicable to transactions conducted through DOSHE, the creative commerce ecosystem operated by Doshe LLC.
This Policy forms part of the DOSHE Terms of Service.
Operator: Doshe LLC
Email: info@doshe.store
Website: doshe.store
By selling, purchasing, receiving payouts, or otherwise participating in a transaction through DOSHE, users agree to this Policy together with the DOSHE Terms of Service and other applicable policies.
⸻
1. DOSHE Financial Model
DOSHE is designed around a simple creator-focused model.
Under the current standard model:
* standard seller registration is free;
* standard product listings are free;
* DOSHE does not charge sellers a standard advertising fee;
* DOSHE may promote eligible creators and products without an additional advertising charge;
* Doshe LLC earns a standard 5% commission when an applicable sale is successfully completed.
The 5% DOSHE Commission is DOSHE’s standard platform commission.
Third-party payment, banking, currency, chargeback, payout, or other external financial-service charges are separate from the DOSHE Commission.
⸻
2. DOSHE Commission
Doshe LLC charges sellers a standard:
5% Commission on an Applicable Completed Sale
The commission is assessed in connection with a successful transaction conducted through the DOSHE ecosystem.
This fee is referred to as the “DOSHE Commission.”
The DOSHE Commission is not:
* a listing fee;
* an account-opening fee;
* an advertising fee;
* a subscription fee.
⸻
3. Commission Calculation
Unless a transaction interface expressly discloses otherwise before the seller becomes bound, the standard DOSHE Commission is calculated as:
5% × Commissionable Sale Amount
For purposes of the standard model, the Commissionable Sale Amount includes:
* the selling price of the product; and
* product-related options or personalization charges paid to the seller as part of that product sale.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, the Commissionable Sale Amount does not include:
* sales tax;
* VAT;
* GST;
* similar government-imposed transaction taxes separately collected;
* separately stated shipping or delivery charges;
* customs duties;
* import taxes;
* gratuities or tips, if any;
* payment-processing fees charged independently by Stripe;
* unrelated third-party charges.
Example
If a product is sold for $100, plus $10 shipping and applicable tax:
DOSHE Commission:
5% × $100 = $5
The separately stated shipping charge and applicable tax are not included in the standard DOSHE Commission calculation.
If the buyer purchases a $10 personalization upgrade for that same product, the Commissionable Sale Amount would be $110 and the DOSHE Commission would be $5.50.
⸻
4. No Listing Fee
DOSHE currently charges $0 standard listing fee for eligible standard listings.
A seller is not charged merely because an eligible standard product remains listed without selling.
⸻
5. No Standard Advertising Fee
DOSHE currently does not charge sellers a standard advertising fee.
Doshe LLC may independently promote eligible:
* sellers;
* creators;
* stores;
* products;
* listings;
* creator stories;
* creative content
through DOSHE and external promotional channels without charging the seller an additional advertising fee.
Promotion does not guarantee sales, traffic, ranking, income, or commercial success.
⸻
6. Payment Provider
DOSHE currently uses Stripe, including Stripe Connect where applicable, to facilitate payment processing and seller payouts.
Depending on the payment architecture and seller account configuration, Stripe may provide services including:
* payment processing;
* seller onboarding;
* identity verification;
* fraud monitoring;
* payment authentication;
* connected-account functionality;
* payouts;
* tax-related reporting functionality;
* dispute and chargeback processing.
Use of Stripe may also be subject to Stripe’s applicable agreements and policies.
⸻
7. Stripe Fees Are Separate
Stripe fees are separate from DOSHE’s 5% Commission.
Stripe fees may vary based on factors including:
* seller country;
* buyer country;
* payment method;
* card type;
* international card use;
* currency;
* currency conversion;
* Stripe Connect configuration;
* payout method;
* Instant Payout use;
* chargebacks;
* disputes;
* other Stripe services.
DOSHE does not promise or represent that Stripe charges a fixed 3% processing fee.
The amount actually charged by Stripe is determined by the applicable Stripe pricing, account configuration, payment method, jurisdiction, and services used.
⸻
8. No Hidden DOSHE Payment Markup
Under the standard business model described in this Policy, DOSHE’s platform compensation is the disclosed 5% DOSHE Commission.
DOSHE will not describe an external Stripe fee as though it were part of DOSHE’s own 5% Commission.
If Doshe LLC introduces a new DOSHE-imposed transaction fee in the future, it will be disclosed in accordance with applicable law before the new fee becomes applicable.
⸻
9. Authorized Payment Methods
Transactions that DOSHE requires to be processed through DOSHE must use payment methods authorized through the DOSHE checkout and payment infrastructure.
Available payment methods may vary according to:
* buyer location;
* seller location;
* currency;
* Stripe availability;
* risk controls;
* legal requirements.
DOSHE does not guarantee that every payment method will be available in every country.
⸻
10. Off-Platform Payments
Sellers may not redirect a DOSHE buyer to an external payment method for the purpose of evading the DOSHE Commission or legitimate DOSHE transaction controls.
Examples may include requesting that a buyer who discovered and initiated a purchase through DOSHE instead pay through an unauthorized:
* bank transfer;
* cash-transfer service;
* external invoice;
* cryptocurrency transfer;
* payment link;
* other external method
for the purpose of avoiding DOSHE transaction requirements.
Transactions conducted entirely outside authorized DOSHE payment infrastructure may not be eligible for DOSHE transaction support.
⸻
11. Payment Authorization
A buyer must have lawful authority to use the selected payment method.
Submission of payment information authorizes the applicable payment provider to process the transaction in accordance with its terms.
Payment authorization does not guarantee final settlement.
A transaction may later be:
* declined;
* reversed;
* refunded;
* disputed;
* charged back;
* cancelled
as permitted by applicable law and payment-network rules.
⸻
12. Currency
Products may be displayed or transacted in currencies supported by DOSHE and its payment infrastructure.
Where currency conversion occurs, an exchange rate and/or conversion charge may be established by:
* Stripe;
* card networks;
* banks;
* other financial providers.
DOSHE does not control exchange rates independently established by such third parties.
⸻
13. Seller Earnings
A seller’s net proceeds from a transaction may generally consist of:
Amounts paid to the seller in connection with the transaction
minus applicable:
* DOSHE Commission;
* Stripe or payment-provider fees;
* refunds;
* chargebacks;
* reversals;
* seller-responsible taxes or withholdings;
* currency-conversion charges;
* legally permitted reserves or adjustments;
* other authorized third-party charges.
Actual settlement calculations may depend on the Stripe Connect configuration and applicable law.
⸻
14. Seller Payout Accounts
Sellers must provide accurate payout information.
Where required, sellers must successfully establish or connect an eligible Stripe account and complete required verification.
A seller may be required to provide:
* legal name;
* address;
* date of birth;
* taxpayer information;
* business information;
* government identification;
* bank-account information;
* beneficial ownership information;
* other legally or operationally required information.
Failure to complete required verification may delay or prevent payouts.
⸻
15. Payout Timing
Seller payouts are subject to:
* successful payment settlement;
* Stripe requirements;
* seller verification;
* account status;
* bank processing;
* risk review;
* refunds;
* disputes;
* chargebacks;
* applicable reserves;
* applicable law.
DOSHE does not guarantee a universal payout period where timing is controlled in whole or in part by Stripe, banks, payment networks, or other independent providers.
Estimated payout dates displayed by a payment provider are not necessarily guaranteed settlement dates.
⸻
16. Standard and Instant Payouts
Where supported by Stripe, sellers may have access to different payout methods.
These may include:
* standard bank payouts;
* eligible Instant Payouts;
* other Stripe-supported payout methods.
Certain payout methods may carry additional Stripe charges.
Those charges are separate from the DOSHE Commission.
⸻
17. Payout Delays
A payout may be delayed where reasonably necessary because of:
* incomplete verification;
* suspected fraud;
* payment review;
* unusual transaction activity;
* chargebacks;
* refund obligations;
* product-safety concerns;
* sanctions screening;
* legal process;
* payment-provider requirements;
* account compromise;
* regulatory requirements.
DOSHE will not intentionally withhold funds arbitrarily.
⸻
18. Reserves
Where permitted by law and applicable payment terms, funds may be placed in reserve when reasonably necessary to address foreseeable financial risk.
Relevant circumstances may include:
* elevated chargeback activity;
* abnormal refund rates;
* delayed fulfillment;
* significant outstanding orders;
* suspected fraud;
* account termination;
* high-risk transaction patterns.
A reserve is not an additional DOSHE Commission.
⸻
19. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by:
* applicable law;
* DOSHE policies;
* applicable seller policy;
* transaction circumstances.
An approved refund may be:
* full;
* partial;
* otherwise structured as lawfully agreed or required.
Refunds ordinarily return funds through the original payment method where technically available.
⸻
20. DOSHE Commission on Fully Refunded Transactions
Where an eligible transaction is fully refunded and DOSHE’s systems and payment configuration permit reversal of the associated DOSHE Commission, DOSHE may reverse the applicable DOSHE Commission associated with the refunded sale.
However, third-party fees are governed by the applicable provider’s terms and may not be refundable.
DOSHE does not guarantee reimbursement of Stripe fees or other third-party fees that Stripe or another provider does not return.
⸻
21. Partial Refunds
If a transaction is partially refunded, the applicable DOSHE Commission may be recalculated or adjusted proportionally where supported by DOSHE’s transaction and payment configuration.
Any applicable third-party payment fees remain governed by the third party’s rules.
⸻
22. Stripe Fees and Refunds
Stripe may retain some or all processing, Connect, currency-conversion, or other charges associated with the original transaction even when a seller issues a refund.
Any non-refundable Stripe amount is a third-party payment-processing cost and is not an additional DOSHE Commission.
The party responsible for such cost depends on:
* Stripe configuration;
* applicable Stripe agreements;
* transaction structure;
* applicable law.
⸻
23. Cancellations Before Final Payment
Where a payment authorization can be cancelled before final settlement, the payment provider may release or cancel the authorization rather than process a traditional refund.
The timing at which released funds become available to the buyer depends on the buyer’s bank or card issuer.
⸻
24. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
A buyer may have lawful rights to dispute a transaction with the buyer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Stripe and payment networks may require evidence from the seller or DOSHE.
Relevant evidence may include:
* order details;
* product listing;
* transaction records;
* communications;
* shipping records;
* tracking;
* proof of delivery;
* refund history;
* other transaction evidence.
Sellers must cooperate with legitimate dispute procedures.
⸻
25. Chargeback Costs
Stripe, card networks, banks, or other providers may impose fees, reversals, or other financial consequences associated with a chargeback.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and applicable payment agreements, such amounts may be charged to or recovered from the financially responsible seller or account.
Chargeback-related third-party fees are not part of the DOSHE Commission.
⸻
26. Fraudulent Chargebacks
Buyers may not knowingly submit fraudulent payment disputes.
Examples include intentionally claiming:
* non-delivery despite confirmed receipt;
* unauthorized payment despite having authorized the transaction;
* materially false product problems
for the purpose of obtaining improper reimbursement.
DOSHE may restrict accounts associated with substantiated payment abuse, subject to applicable law.
⸻
27. Negative Balances
A seller account may develop a negative balance because of:
* refunds;
* chargebacks;
* reversals;
* payment-provider charges;
* adjustments;
* other valid transaction obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and payment-provider terms, a negative balance may be recovered from:
* future seller proceeds;
* connected payment balances;
* authorized debit mechanisms;
* other legally permitted means.
⸻
28. Setoff
Where legally permitted, DOSHE may offset valid amounts a seller owes in connection with DOSHE transactions against amounts otherwise payable to that seller.
This may include valid amounts arising from:
* refunds;
* DOSHE Commission corrections;
* transaction reversals;
* duplicate payouts;
* chargebacks.
DOSHE may not impose arbitrary or unrelated deductions.
⸻
29. Taxes on Transactions
Taxes may apply depending on:
* seller location;
* buyer location;
* product type;
* digital or physical delivery;
* transaction value;
* applicable tax law.
Where legally required, Doshe LLC, Stripe, the seller, or another responsible party may:
* calculate tax;
* collect tax;
* remit tax;
* withhold tax;
* report transaction information.
⸻
30. Taxes Are Not DOSHE Revenue
Taxes collected for remittance to governmental authorities are not treated as DOSHE Commission revenue.
Taxes separately collected from a buyer are excluded from the standard Commissionable Sale Amount unless a different treatment is expressly required by applicable law or disclosed before the relevant transaction.
⸻
31. Seller Tax Responsibility
Sellers remain responsible for tax obligations imposed directly on their business or income.
Sellers must provide accurate tax documentation where required.
Depending on applicable law, this may include:
* taxpayer identification;
* business information;
* residency information;
* tax forms;
* VAT/GST information.
DOSHE does not provide individualized tax advice.
⸻
32. Tax Reporting
Doshe LLC, Stripe, or another legally responsible entity may issue tax documents or report seller transaction information where required by law.
A seller’s classification for tax-reporting purposes does not determine the seller’s separate employment or contractor status under other laws.
⸻
33. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International transactions may result in:
* customs duties;
* import taxes;
* VAT;
* GST;
* brokerage charges;
* other government-imposed charges.
Responsibility depends on applicable law and the transaction terms disclosed to the buyer.
Such governmental charges are not DOSHE Commission revenue.
⸻
34. No Paid Advertising Deductions
DOSHE will not deduct a seller advertising charge merely because Doshe LLC chooses to promote the seller, store, product, or creator content under the current standard business model.
Promotion initiated by DOSHE is part of DOSHE’s creator-support model.
⸻
35. Promotional Costs Borne by DOSHE
Where Doshe LLC independently chooses to promote eligible seller content through DOSHE’s own social, editorial, marketing, or promotional activities, Doshe LLC bears the promotional expenditure it chooses to incur unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
The seller is not charged merely because DOSHE independently selected the seller or product for such standard promotion.
⸻
36. No Guarantee of Promotion or Sales
Payment of the 5% DOSHE Commission does not purchase a guaranteed advertising placement.
DOSHE does not guarantee:
* promotional selection;
* impressions;
* ranking;
* audience size;
* traffic;
* sales;
* revenue;
* profit.
The 5% Commission compensates DOSHE for its ecosystem and transaction services rather than purchasing a defined advertising campaign.
⸻
37. Tips or Gratuities
If DOSHE permits an optional buyer tip or gratuity in the future, the applicable transaction interface will identify its treatment.
Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, a voluntary tip intended for the seller is excluded from the standard 5% Commission calculation.
Payment-provider fees may nevertheless apply to the total payment according to provider rules.
⸻
38. Corrections and Payment Errors
DOSHE may correct legitimate payment errors including:
* duplicate payment;
* duplicate payout;
* incorrect Commission calculation;
* mistaken refund;
* failed transfer;
* technical accounting error.
Where appropriate, DOSHE will provide transaction records or notice concerning a material correction.
⸻
39. Suspected Fraud
DOSHE or Stripe may pause or review transactions where reasonably necessary because of suspected:
* stolen payment credentials;
* identity fraud;
* account compromise;
* money laundering;
* sanctions evasion;
* artificial transactions;
* unauthorized payment use;
* other financial abuse.
Such review does not automatically establish wrongdoing.
⸻
40. Prohibited Financial Activity
Users may not use DOSHE to:
* launder money;
* process transactions unrelated to genuine permitted commerce;
* create sham transactions;
* process stolen cards;
* circumvent sanctions;
* manipulate refunds;
* create artificial sales;
* evade DOSHE Commission;
* conduct prohibited financial activity.
DOSHE may take appropriate action and may cooperate with Stripe, financial institutions, or competent authorities where legally permitted or required.
⸻
41. Seller Records
Sellers should maintain appropriate records concerning:
* sales;
* refunds;
* fulfillment;
* taxes;
* expenses;
* payment-provider fees;
* business income.
DOSHE transaction records are not a substitute for independent accounting or tax records a seller is legally required to maintain.
⸻
42. Payment Statements and Transaction History
DOSHE or Stripe may provide transaction information through applicable dashboards, records, receipts, or statements.
Users should review financial records and promptly report material discrepancies.
⸻
43. Payment Provider Availability
Because DOSHE currently relies on Stripe for payment infrastructure, certain Services may not be available in jurisdictions, currencies, or business categories that Stripe does not support.
DOSHE may change or add authorized payment providers where reasonably necessary.
Any material change affecting seller fees or rights will be disclosed where required by law.
⸻
44. Payment Provider Terms
Users may be required to accept separate Stripe terms or agreements.
A violation of applicable Stripe rules may affect:
* payment acceptance;
* connected-account status;
* verification;
* payout availability.
DOSHE cannot override independent legal or compliance decisions lawfully made by Stripe.
⸻
45. Suspension of Payments or Payouts
Payments or payouts may be limited where reasonably necessary because of:
* suspected fraud;
* legal requirements;
* sanctions;
* account compromise;
* serious policy violations;
* outstanding refunds;
* excessive financial risk;
* Stripe requirements;
* government orders.
Where law requires notice, DOSHE will provide it.
⸻
46. Account Closure
Closing a DOSHE seller account does not eliminate unresolved financial obligations.
DOSHE or the payment provider may retain or process amounts reasonably necessary to address:
* refunds;
* disputes;
* chargebacks;
* negative balances;
* taxes;
* legal requirements.
Remaining eligible funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider requirements.
⸻
47. No Deposit or Banking Relationship
DOSHE is not a bank.
Balances displayed through DOSHE or Stripe are not intended to create a bank-deposit relationship between a seller and Doshe LLC.
Payment and payout functionality is provided through applicable payment and financial-service infrastructure.
Any legally applicable protections depend on the actual provider, account structure, and governing law.
⸻
48. No Interest
Unless expressly required by applicable law or agreed in writing, DOSHE does not pay interest on transaction proceeds, reserves, temporarily held amounts, or pending seller balances.
⸻
49. Changes to DOSHE Commission
The standard DOSHE Commission is currently 5% of the Commissionable Sale Amount.
Doshe LLC may change its fee structure in the future only with appropriate disclosure and notice as required by applicable law.
A future fee change will not retroactively alter a Commission that became applicable to a completed transaction before the new fee became effective, except where a correction is legally required.
⸻
50. Changes to Third-Party Fees
Stripe, banks, card networks, and other independent providers may change their own fees.
Those fees are outside Doshe LLC’s direct control.
DOSHE may update this Policy or its interfaces to reflect material third-party fee changes where appropriate.
⸻
51. Currency Conversion
Where currency conversion is required, applicable exchange rates and conversion fees may be determined by Stripe, the buyer’s bank, the seller’s bank, card networks, or another provider.
Currency-conversion charges do not constitute an additional DOSHE Commission.
⸻
52. Rounding
Commission and payment calculations may be rounded to the smallest applicable currency unit as technically necessary.
Rounding will be performed in a commercially reasonable manner.
⸻
53. International Sellers
International sellers may be subject to additional:
* verification;
* payment;
* payout;
* currency;
* tax;
* banking;
* reporting
requirements.
Availability of DOSHE does not guarantee that Stripe payouts are supported in every jurisdiction.
⸻
54. Regional Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit to be waived.
Where mandatory law conflicts with this Policy, mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.
⸻
55. Relationship to Other DOSHE Policies
This Policy should be read together with:
* Terms of Service;
* Privacy Policy;
* Buyer Policy;
* Seller Policy;
* Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes Policy;
* Shipping & International Delivery Policy;
* Digital Products & Licensing Policy;

Where another DOSHE policy addresses a particular issue in greater detail, that policy applies together with this Policy.
⸻
56. Changes to This Policy
DOSHE may update this Policy to reflect:
* changes in law;
* Stripe requirements;
* payment infrastructure;
* tax requirements;
* security requirements;
* business operations.
Where applicable law requires advance notice or consent concerning a material change, DOSHE will provide the required notice or obtain the required consent.
