REVIEWS & COMMUNITY CONTENT POLICY

Effective Date: September 13, 2026
Last Updated: September 13, 2026

This Reviews & Community Content Policy governs product reviews, store reviews, ratings, comments, seller responses, buyer-generated content, community submissions, testimonials, and related content within DOSHE, the creative commerce ecosystem operated by Doshe LLC.

This Policy forms part of the DOSHE Terms of Service.

Operator: Doshe LLC
United States

Email: info@doshe.store
Website: doshe.store

DOSHE is committed to maintaining a review system that reflects genuine user experiences and provides useful information to buyers, sellers, and creators.

1. Purpose

This Policy is intended to:

* preserve authentic buyer feedback;
* prevent fake or manipulated reviews;
* protect honest criticism;
* protect sellers from fraudulent review abuse;
* prohibit review coercion;
* establish fair moderation standards;
* support compliance with applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to:

* product reviews;
* seller reviews;
* store ratings;
* star ratings;
* written reviews;
* photographs;
* videos;
* comments;
* questions and answers;
* seller responses;
* testimonials;
* community submissions;
* other user-generated evaluative content.

3. Reviews Must Reflect Genuine Experience

A review should reflect the reviewer’s genuine experience with:

* a product;
* seller;
* transaction;
* customer service;
* fulfillment;
* another legitimately reviewable aspect of the transaction.

Users may not knowingly submit reviews about experiences that did not occur.

4. Honest Positive and Negative Reviews Are Permitted

DOSHE permits genuine:

* positive reviews;
* neutral reviews;
* negative reviews.

A seller may not require a buyer to provide a positive review as a condition of:

* receiving ordinary customer service;
* obtaining a legally required refund;
* receiving an applicable warranty remedy;
* resolving a valid dispute;
* receiving something already owed under the transaction.

5. No Retaliation for Honest Reviews

Sellers may not retaliate against a buyer solely because the buyer submitted an honest negative or critical review.

Prohibited retaliation may include:

* threats;
* harassment;
* unjustified cancellation of unrelated rights;
* improper withholding of a refund;
* attempts to impose unauthorized penalties.

6. Consumer Review Fairness

DOSHE will not require consumers through standard terms to surrender their right to provide honest reviews of:

* products;
* services;
* sellers;
* DOSHE conduct

where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

7. No Contractual Penalty for Honest Reviews

A seller may not include a standard consumer term that:

* prohibits honest reviews;
* imposes a fee for a negative review;
* threatens an automatic penalty merely for publishing honest criticism;
* requires consumers to transfer intellectual-property ownership in review content in a manner prohibited by applicable law.

8. Fake Reviews Are Prohibited

Users may not create, submit, purchase, sell, procure, or arrange fake or false reviews.

This includes reviews by a person who:

* does not exist;
* did not use or experience the relevant product or service;
* materially misrepresents the actual experience.

9. AI-Generated Fake Reviews

AI may not be used to create fictitious consumer experiences.

Prohibited conduct includes using generative AI to fabricate:

* reviews;
* testimonials;
* customer stories;
* transaction experiences;
* ratings

for people who did not actually have the represented experience.

10. AI Assistance for Genuine Reviews

A real reviewer may use an AI tool for limited assistance such as:

* grammar;
* translation;
* organization;
* clarity.

The resulting review must still accurately reflect the reviewer’s actual experience and opinions.

AI may not invent material facts.

11. Seller-Generated Fake Reviews

Sellers may not review their own products or stores while pretending to be independent customers.

12. Employee and Insider Reviews

A review submitted by an employee, officer, manager, agent, contractor, family member, or another person with a material connection to the seller may require clear disclosure.

Where applicable law or DOSHE rules prohibit the review entirely, disclosure does not make the review permissible.

13. Material Connections

A material connection may include:

* employment;
* ownership;
* family relationship;
* payment;
* free product;
* discount;
* commission;
* sponsorship;
* other benefit

that could reasonably affect how a reader evaluates the review.

14. Disclosure of Material Connections

Where a connected person is permitted to provide a review, the material relationship must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed.

The disclosure should be easy to notice and understand.

15. No Concealed Insider Reviews

A seller or business may not knowingly present insider reviews as independent consumer opinions.

16. Review Incentives

DOSHE may permit certain neutral review incentives only where:

* applicable law permits them;
* DOSHE expressly allows the practice;
* the incentive is not conditioned on positive or negative sentiment;
* any required disclosure is made.

DOSHE may prohibit incentivized reviews entirely for particular categories or programs.

17. No Incentives Conditioned on Sentiment

A seller may not offer:

* money;
* discounts;
* refunds;
* gifts;
* store credit;
* free products;
* entries into promotions;
* other benefits

on the condition that the reviewer provide a positive, five-star, favorable, or negative review.

This applies whether the condition is stated expressly or implied.

18. Neutral Review Requests

A seller may ask a genuine buyer to leave an honest review.

A request such as “Please share your honest experience” may be permitted.

A request such as “Leave us a five-star review and receive a discount” is prohibited.

19. Selective Review Solicitation

Sellers should not systematically request reviews only from customers expected to provide favorable feedback where doing so would create a materially misleading overall impression.

DOSHE may investigate selective solicitation practices designed to distort ratings.

20. Review Gating

Sellers may not use review-gating systems designed to:

* route satisfied customers to public review pages;
* prevent dissatisfied customers from posting;
* selectively suppress negative reviews

in a manner that creates a misleading review profile.

21. Buying Reviews

Buying positive or negative consumer reviews is prohibited where prohibited by applicable law or this Policy.

This includes purchasing bulk fake reviews from third parties.

22. Selling Reviews

Users may not sell or offer fake consumer reviews through DOSHE.

23. Competitor Reviews

Sellers may not submit deceptive negative reviews of competitors.

Competitors, employees, agents, or related persons must not impersonate ordinary buyers to manipulate another seller’s rating.

24. Review Bombing

Coordinated campaigns intended to artificially increase or decrease ratings by persons without genuine relevant experience are prohibited.

25. Artificial Rating Manipulation

Users may not manipulate ratings through:

* fake accounts;
* sham purchases;
* coordinated review exchanges;
* automated accounts;
* bot reviews;
* reciprocal rating schemes.

26. Artificial Transactions

A seller may not create sham transactions merely to generate reviews.

27. Verified Purchase Indicators

DOSHE may display an indicator showing that a review is associated with a transaction processed through DOSHE.

Such an indicator should not imply more than DOSHE can reasonably substantiate.

28. Verified Purchase Does Not Mean Positive Experience

A verified-transaction indicator confirms only the relevant transaction relationship or other status DOSHE defines.

It does not mean that DOSHE guarantees:

* review accuracy;
* seller quality;
* product quality;
* satisfaction.

29. Pre-Delivery Reviews

DOSHE should not present a review as reflecting product experience where the reviewer had not yet received or reasonably experienced the product, unless the review is clearly limited to a separately identified experience such as ordering or seller communication.

30. Transaction Stages

Where technically feasible, DOSHE may distinguish between feedback concerning:

* ordering;
* seller communication;
* shipping;
* delivered product;
* completed transaction.

31. Honest Opinion

A review may contain subjective opinions.

Users are not required to prove subjective statements such as:

* “I did not like the color”;
* “I expected better workmanship”;
* “I loved this product”;

provided the review reflects a genuine experience and does not intentionally misrepresent material facts.

32. Factual Claims

Users should have a reasonable basis for material factual accusations.

Examples include claims that a seller:

* never shipped;
* used counterfeit materials;
* committed fraud;
* delivered a dangerous product.

DOSHE may request evidence when such claims are disputed.

33. Defamation and Unlawful Content

Reviews may not contain unlawful defamatory statements.

DOSHE may distinguish between:

* protected opinion;
* honest criticism;
* factual allegations;
* unlawful content

based on context and applicable law.

34. Disagreement Does Not Make a Review Defamatory

A seller’s disagreement with criticism is not by itself a sufficient reason for removal.

35. Offensive Language

DOSHE may moderate content containing:

* threats;
* targeted harassment;
* hate speech;
* severe abuse;
* explicit personal attacks;
* unlawful discriminatory content.

Ordinary criticism is not removed merely because it is unfavorable.

36. Threats

Credible threats of violence are prohibited.

DOSHE may restrict content or accounts and may report serious threats where legally required or appropriate.

37. Harassment

Repeated targeted harassment of buyers, sellers, creators, or DOSHE personnel is prohibited.

38. Personal Information

Reviews must not improperly disclose another person’s private or sensitive information.

Examples include:

* home address;
* payment information;
* government identification numbers;
* private phone numbers;
* private email addresses;
* sensitive documents.

39. Order Information

Users should avoid publishing information that could expose:

* payment details;
* security information;
* private shipping information.

DOSHE may redact such information while preserving the substance of a review.

40. Photos and Videos

Reviewers may submit photographs or videos where available.

Users must have sufficient rights to upload the content.

41. Product Photos

A buyer may generally post photographs of the received product for purposes of providing a genuine review, subject to applicable law.

42. Manipulated Review Images

Users may not materially alter images to falsely represent:

* damage;
* product quality;
* product appearance;
* shipping condition;
* another relevant fact.

43. AI-Altered Review Media

AI-generated or manipulated review images or videos may not be presented as authentic transaction evidence if they materially misrepresent what occurred.

44. Intellectual Property in Reviews

Users retain applicable rights in original review content, subject to the license necessary for DOSHE to host, display, moderate, distribute, and promote that content as provided in the Terms of Service.

45. No Forced Copyright Assignment

DOSHE does not require consumers to surrender ownership of review content through a provision prohibited by applicable consumer review law.

46. License to DOSHE

By submitting review or community content, the user grants Doshe LLC a non-exclusive license reasonably necessary to:

* host;
* display;
* reproduce;
* format;
* translate;
* moderate;
* distribute;
* use in connection with DOSHE promotion

subject to the Terms of Service and applicable law.

47. Seller Responses

Sellers may respond publicly to reviews where DOSHE provides that functionality.

Responses must comply with this Policy.

48. Professional Seller Responses

Seller responses may:

* explain;
* clarify;
* apologize;
* describe a remedy;
* dispute factual information respectfully.

They may not contain threats or unlawful disclosure of buyer information.

49. No Buyer Doxxing

A seller may not respond to a negative review by publishing confidential buyer information.

50. No Review Extortion

Buyers may not threaten to publish or maintain a knowingly false or misleading negative review solely to obtain:

* money;
* free products;
* refunds not otherwise owed;
* unrelated benefits.

51. Legitimate Complaint Is Not Extortion

A buyer may lawfully tell a seller that the buyer intends to describe a genuine experience.

A good-faith request for an appropriate remedy is not automatically review extortion.

52. Review Removal for Compensation

A seller may not condition a legally required refund on removal of an honest review.

Parties may resolve disputes, but DOSHE may restrict agreements designed to suppress genuine consumer feedback unlawfully.

53. Voluntary Review Editing

A reviewer may voluntarily edit or update a review where DOSHE provides that functionality.

54. Updated Reviews

Where appropriate, DOSHE may allow buyers to update a review after:

* seller response;
* repair;
* replacement;
* refund;
* dispute resolution.

The platform may preserve relevant history or indicate that a review was edited where appropriate.

55. Review Deletion by Reviewer

Where supported, a reviewer may request deletion of their own review subject to:

* legal preservation duties;
* fraud investigation;
* dispute records;
* other legitimate requirements.

56. DOSHE Moderation

DOSHE may moderate reviews and community content for compliance with:

* this Policy;
* Terms of Service;
* applicable law;
* safety requirements.

57. DOSHE Will Not Promise Publication of Every Submission

Submission of a review does not guarantee publication.

A review may be rejected or removed for a legitimate policy reason.

58. Legitimate Reasons for Removal

DOSHE may remove or restrict content that contains or involves:

* fake reviews;
* fraud;
* spam;
* unrelated commercial promotion;
* threats;
* harassment;
* unlawful personal information;
* malware;
* prohibited content;
* impersonation;
* review manipulation;
* content unrelated to the relevant experience;
* other policy violations.

59. Negative Sentiment Is Not a Removal Reason

A review must not be removed solely because:

* it is negative;
* it reduces a seller’s rating;
* the seller dislikes it;
* it criticizes customer service;
* it describes a genuinely poor experience.

60. Review Suppression

DOSHE and sellers may not use threats, intimidation, or materially deceptive practices to suppress honest negative reviews.

FTC rules prohibit certain unfounded or groundless legal threats and other conduct used to prevent or remove negative consumer reviews. (Federal Trade Commission)

61. Moderation Does Not Require Publishing Unlawful Content

Protection of honest reviews does not require DOSHE to publish:

* defamatory content;
* threats;
* private information;
* hate content;
* fraudulent reviews;
* illegal content.

62. Content Relevance

Reviews should primarily concern the relevant:

* product;
* seller;
* transaction;
* service;
* fulfillment experience.

Unrelated political, promotional, spam, or personal content may be removed.

63. Spam

Review sections may not be used for:

* unrelated advertising;
* referral spam;
* repetitive messages;
* phishing links;
* unauthorized solicitations.

64. External Links

DOSHE may restrict links within reviews for security, spam, or moderation reasons.

65. Duplicate Reviews

DOSHE may remove duplicate or substantially duplicative reviews used to manipulate ratings.

66. Ratings

Ratings should reflect the user’s genuine experience.

Users may not submit ratings for the purpose of artificially changing aggregate scores.

67. Aggregate Ratings

Where DOSHE displays aggregate ratings, DOSHE will seek to calculate and present them in a manner that is not materially misleading.

68. Review Counts

DOSHE should not knowingly represent a review count in a materially misleading manner.

69. Review Portability

DOSHE may display reviews imported or sourced from another permitted system only where doing so does not materially mislead users about:

* source;
* reviewer experience;
* verification;
* date;
* context.

70. Seller-Provided Testimonials

A seller who supplies testimonials for promotional use must ensure they are truthful and that any material connection is appropriately disclosed.

71. DOSHE Promotional Use of Reviews

DOSHE may feature genuine reviews in:

* social media;
* marketing;
* editorial content;
* promotional materials

subject to applicable law and the license granted by the user.

72. Material Editing by DOSHE

DOSHE should not materially alter the meaning of a review when quoting or promoting it.

Reasonable changes may include:

* formatting;
* shortening;
* correcting obvious typographical issues;
* redacting private information

provided the substantive meaning remains accurate.

73. Testimonials in Advertising

Where a review is republished as an advertisement or testimonial, applicable advertising and endorsement rules may apply.

Required disclosures must remain clear and conspicuous.

74. Typicality and Performance Claims

Where testimonials make claims about measurable product performance or results, sellers remain responsible for ensuring the claims are lawful and adequately substantiated.

75. Company-Controlled Review Presentation

DOSHE or a seller must not falsely represent a controlled review source as an independent review organization.

76. Social Media Indicators

Users may not buy or sell fake:

* followers;
* views;
* likes;
* other indicators of social influence

for the purpose of materially misrepresenting genuine influence or popularity.

77. Community Questions and Answers

Where DOSHE permits community questions and answers, participants must provide content in good faith.

Sellers should not impersonate independent buyers when answering questions.

78. Community Content

Community features may not be used for:

* fraud;
* illegal sales;
* harassment;
* impersonation;
* spam;
* counterfeit promotion;
* prohibited content.

79. Seller Complaints About Reviews

A seller may report a review believed to violate this Policy.

The seller should identify:

* the review;
* specific policy concern;
* relevant evidence.

80. Buyer Complaints About Seller Responses

A buyer may report a seller response that contains:

* threats;
* harassment;
* personal information;
* false impersonation;
* other prohibited content.

81. Reporting Content

Reports may be submitted to:

info@doshe.store

DOSHE may establish a dedicated reporting system in the future.

82. Review Investigation

DOSHE may consider:

* transaction records;
* delivery records;
* communications;
* review history;
* account relationships;
* technical indicators;
* submitted evidence;
* other relevant information.

83. No Automatic Removal Upon Complaint

A seller complaint does not automatically result in removal of a review.

Similarly, a buyer complaint does not automatically establish seller misconduct.

84. Automated Review Moderation

DOSHE may use automated or AI-assisted systems to identify potential:

* fake reviews;
* spam;
* abusive language;
* duplicate reviews;
* manipulation patterns;
* fraud.

An automated flag does not necessarily establish a violation.

85. Human Review

DOSHE may use human review for significant moderation disputes where appropriate or required.

86. Fraud Indicators

DOSHE may consider indicators such as:

* multiple related accounts;
* coordinated review timing;
* unusual transaction patterns;
* shared technical identifiers;
* reciprocal review behavior.

Such indicators should be assessed in context.

87. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

* review removal;
* rating exclusion;
* warning;
* account restriction;
* seller restriction;
* suspension;
* termination;
* other proportionate measures.

88. Serious Review Fraud

Serious or organized review fraud may result in immediate enforcement.

Examples include:

* purchased review networks;
* fake-account networks;
* systematic seller-generated reviews;
* coordinated competitor attacks.

89. Review Manipulation and Payments

DOSHE may review transactions associated with suspected review fraud.

Any financial action must comply with applicable law and the Payments, Fees & Payouts Policy.

90. Preservation of Review Records

DOSHE may preserve review-related records where reasonably necessary for:

* fraud prevention;
* disputes;
* litigation;
* regulatory compliance;
* safety matters.

91. Privacy

Personal information used in review moderation is governed by the DOSHE Privacy Policy.

92. Law Enforcement and Regulators

DOSHE may disclose review-related records where legally required or otherwise lawfully permitted.

93. Appeals

Where an appeal is available or legally required, an affected user may challenge significant moderation or enforcement action.

The user should provide relevant supporting information.

94. Restoration

DOSHE may restore content where review establishes that removal was unwarranted.

Restoration is not required where another valid policy or legal basis supports continued restriction.

95. No Guarantee of Accuracy

DOSHE does not guarantee that every review is accurate.

Reviews represent user-generated opinions and experiences unless otherwise stated.

96. No Endorsement by DOSHE

Publication of a review does not mean that Doshe LLC endorses:

* the reviewer’s opinion;
* factual claims;
* seller;
* product.

97. Review Scores Are Informational

Ratings are intended as informational signals and do not constitute guarantees of future:

* product quality;
* seller performance;
* buyer satisfaction.

98. International Users

Review and consumer-protection rules vary internationally.

Where mandatory local law provides additional rights or obligations, those requirements control.

99. EU/EEA Users

Where applicable EU law imposes transparency obligations concerning consumer reviews, DOSHE will provide required information about whether and how it takes reasonable and proportionate steps to verify that published reviews originate from consumers who used or purchased the relevant product or service.

100. No False Verification Claims

DOSHE will not knowingly claim that all reviews are verified purchases unless the platform’s technical process supports that statement.

101. United Kingdom Users

Where applicable UK consumer law imposes requirements concerning fake reviews, review transparency, unfair commercial practices, or consumer information, those mandatory requirements control.

102. Relationship to Disputes

A review is separate from the formal transaction-dispute process.

Publishing a review does not replace a buyer’s obligation to follow applicable dispute procedures where the buyer seeks a transaction remedy.

103. Safety Reviews

A review alleging a serious safety issue may also be escalated under the Product Safety & Recall Policy.

104. Counterfeit Reviews

A review alleging counterfeit or intellectual-property concerns may also be reviewed under the Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy.

105. Changes to This Policy

DOSHE may update this Policy to reflect:

* legal changes;
* FTC requirements;
* international consumer-protection rules;
* platform functionality;
* review-fraud patterns;
* moderation developments.

Where applicable law requires notice of a material change, DOSHE will provide it.

106. Relationship to Other DOSHE Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

* Terms of Service;
* Buyer Policy;
* Seller Policy;
* AI & Human Creativity Policy;
* Product Safety & Recall Policy;
* Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy;
* Privacy Policy;
* Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes Policy;
* applicable Regional Addenda.
