This Prohibited & Restricted Items Policy establishes the categories of products, content, and transactions that are prohibited or restricted within DOSHE, the creative commerce ecosystem operated by Doshe LLC.
This Policy forms part of the DOSHE Terms of Service and Seller Policy.

A product’s handmade, artistic, customized, collectible, or unique nature does not make the product eligible if its sale, possession, shipment, advertising, manufacture, or distribution is unlawful, unsafe, materially deceptive, or inconsistent with DOSHE policies.

2. Seller Responsibility
Every seller is responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be:
* manufactured;
* possessed;
* advertised;
* listed;
* sold;
* exported;
* imported;
* shipped;
* delivered
in every jurisdiction relevant to the transaction.
Approval, publication, or failure by DOSHE to remove a listing does not constitute legal approval of the product.

3. DOSHE May Establish Stricter Rules Than Applicable Law
DOSHE may prohibit a category even if some sales within that category could otherwise be lawful.
DOSHE is not required to support every category of lawful commerce.

4. Illegal Products and Services
Any product, content, or transaction prohibited by applicable law is prohibited on DOSHE.
This includes products whose:
* manufacture;
* possession;
* advertising;
* sale;
* distribution;
* shipment;
* import;
* export
would violate applicable law.

Stolen property is prohibited.
Users may not offer products that they know or reasonably should know are:
* stolen;
* unlawfully obtained;
* fraudulently acquired;
* subject to unauthorized possession.

6. Counterfeit Goods
Counterfeit goods are prohibited.
This includes products falsely bearing or imitating:
* trademarks;
* logos;
* packaging;
* authentication marks;
* brand identifiers
without sufficient authorization.

7. Pirated and Infringing Products
Products that unlawfully infringe intellectual-property rights are prohibited.
This includes:
* pirated digital files;
* unauthorized artwork;
* stolen patterns;
* counterfeit designs;
* unauthorized reproductions;
* other infringing material.

8. Recalled Products
Products subject to an unresolved applicable safety recall may not be listed or sold.
Sellers are responsible for determining whether products are subject to recall.
Where a legally recognized recall remedy has been fully completed and applicable law permits resale, DOSHE may require evidence before allowing the product to be listed.

9. Unsafe or Banned Consumer Products
Products banned from sale or products known to violate applicable mandatory consumer-product safety standards are prohibited.

10. Firearms
DOSHE does not permit the sale of firearms.
This includes, without limitation:
* handguns;
* rifles;
* shotguns;
* unserialized firearms;
* privately manufactured firearms where classified as firearms;
* functional antique firearms where DOSHE determines the transaction creates unacceptable legal or safety risk.

Frames, receivers, and products legally regulated as firearms are prohibited.

Ammunition is prohibited.
This includes:
* loaded ammunition;
* cartridges;
* shells;
* other completed ammunition.

Products primarily intended to unlawfully convert, increase the prohibited capability of, or circumvent legal controls applicable to firearms are prohibited.

Explosives are prohibited.
This includes:
* bombs;

* grenades;
* improvised explosive devices;
* explosive charges;
* detonators;
* other explosive weapons.

DOSHE does not permit fireworks or explosive pyrotechnic products.

16. Prohibited Weapons
DOSHE does not permit weapons whose sale presents substantial regulatory, safety, or payment risk.
This may include:
* switchblades where regulated;
* prohibited automatic knives;
* brass knuckles;
* certain impact weapons;
* prohibited defensive weapons;
* other regulated weapons.
Ordinary decorative craft items are evaluated according to their actual design, functionality, marketing, and applicable law.

Products designed to conceal a functional weapon as an ordinary object are prohibited.

18. Instructions Primarily Facilitating Illegal Weapon Construction
Digital products whose primary purpose is to facilitate unlawful construction, conversion, or use of regulated weapons or explosives are prohibited.

Controlled substances unlawfully offered for sale are prohibited.
DOSHE does not operate as a controlled-substance marketplace.

20. Recreational Drugs
DOSHE prohibits recreational drugs, including products whose primary purpose is delivering illegal or regulated intoxicating substances.

21. Cannabis and THC Products
DOSHE does not permit marijuana, THC products, cannabis products intended for ingestion or intoxication, or other regulated cannabinoid products.
This prohibition applies even where particular products may be lawful under certain state or local laws.

Items whose primary intended use is unlawful consumption, preparation, concealment, or administration of prohibited drugs may be prohibited.
DOSHE may distinguish ordinary artistic objects from prohibited drug paraphernalia based on:

* nicotine pouches;

* e-cigarettes;
* vape devices marketed for nicotine or controlled substances;
* e-liquids;
* related regulated consumables.

30. Alcohol
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited.
This includes:
* beer;
* wine;
* spirits;
* liqueurs;
* alcoholic cocktails;
* other beverage alcohol.
Products containing incidental alcohol for legitimate non-beverage uses are evaluated separately.

31. Hazardous Poisons and Toxic Chemicals
Highly dangerous poisons, toxic substances, and hazardous chemicals not appropriate for ordinary consumer creative commerce are prohibited.

Human bodies, organs, remains, and tissues are prohibited except for items expressly permitted by applicable law and separately approved by DOSHE for legitimate historical, medical, or educational purposes.
DOSHE may prohibit such items entirely at its discretion.

Commercial sale of human body parts or bodily materials is prohibited where unlawful or inconsistent with DOSHE’s safety standards.

Products unlawfully made from protected wildlife are prohibited.
This may include products containing unlawfully sourced:
* ivory;
* protected animal skins;
* feathers;
* shells;
* coral;
* bones;
* teeth;
* other regulated wildlife materials.

37. Endangered-Species Products
Products derived from protected or endangered species may not be listed unless DOSHE expressly permits the category and the seller provides sufficient documentation demonstrating lawful trade.
DOSHE may prohibit the category regardless of documentation.

Any animal product whose sale or shipment is unlawful is prohibited.

DOSHE does not permit sales of live animals through ordinary seller listings.

Plants, seeds, fungi, or biological material whose sale, transport, possession, or import is prohibited are not permitted.

Users may not sell:

* fake ratings;

* fraudulent transaction history.

51. Academic Fraud Products
DOSHE may prohibit products whose primary purpose is to facilitate academic fraud, such as selling completed assignments expressly intended for submission as another person’s original work.
Legitimate educational materials, templates, and tutoring-related creative resources may be permitted.

52. Forgery and Counterfeiting Equipment
Products specifically intended to facilitate unlawful forgery or counterfeiting are prohibited.

53. Terrorist Organization Merchandise
Products sold for the benefit of, on behalf of, or as official merchandise of organizations designated as terrorist organizations under applicable law are prohibited.

54. Extremist and Terrorist Support Content
DOSHE may prohibit products that materially support, fundraise for, recruit for, or facilitate terrorist or violent extremist activity.
Historical, journalistic, educational, or artistic materials may be evaluated according to context and applicable law.

Products whose primary purpose is to solicit, coordinate, fund, or materially facilitate serious illegal violence are prohibited.

Sexual services, prostitution, escort services, and similar transactions are prohibited.

57. Pornographic Content
DOSHE is not intended to operate as a pornography platform.
Pornographic digital or physical content may be prohibited.
Legitimate fine art involving nudity is not automatically treated as pornography and may be evaluated according to context and applicable law.

DOSHE does not currently permit products whose primary function is sexual stimulation.

59. Exploitative Sexual Content
Any sexual content involving minors or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities as required by law.

Products involving unlawful exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or non-consensual sexual content are prohibited.

61. Restricted Does Not Mean Automatically Approved
A Restricted Item may be listed only if:
* DOSHE permits the category;
* the seller has sufficient legal authority;
* applicable requirements are satisfied;
* required documentation is provided;
* the listing complies with DOSHE policies.
DOSHE may decline a restricted category even where sale could otherwise be lawful.

A product described as treating disease or affecting body structure or function may trigger additional regulatory requirements.

Documents submitted to DOSHE must be authentic and accurate.

Serious or repeated violations may result in:
* seller suspension;
* payment restrictions where lawful;

108. Payout Review
Where permitted by applicable law and payment-provider rules, DOSHE may temporarily restrict related transaction funds where necessary to address:

* chargebacks;
* illegal transactions;

Where appropriate, DOSHE may notify affected buyers concerning:

115. No Right to Sell Every Lawful Product
A seller does not acquire a contractual right to sell a particular category merely because the product is legal somewhere.
DOSHE may determine which categories are appropriate for its ecosystem.

A previously permitted product may become restricted or prohibited because of:

* court order;
* regulator guidance;

Sellers remain responsible for monitoring legal and safety requirements relevant to their products.
DOSHE’s policies do not replace professional regulatory advice.

120. Relationship to Handmade Policy
A prohibited or restricted product does not become eligible simply because it was:

* independently designed;
* produced by an artist.

121. Relationship to Payment Provider Rules
Stripe and other financial-service providers may impose additional prohibited-business rules.
DOSHE may restrict a category where necessary to maintain lawful payment services.

Nothing in this Policy permits any conduct prohibited by applicable law.
Where mandatory law is more restrictive, mandatory law controls.

DOSHE reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to determine which product categories may be offered through its ecosystem.
A seller’s handmade status, creativity, artistic intent, or lawful ability to possess an item does not create a right to sell that product through DOSHE.
